Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the linens are unused and unwashed.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
